Informations:
- Prices are per day for 2 persons.
- Each additional person is €25,00 per day.
- For children aged 0 to 13 years, the charge is €15,00 per day. For children aged 14 years and older, the charge is €25,00 per day.
- We provide travel cribs and high chairs free of charge for our younger guests.
- Dogs are allowed upon request: €15,00 per day without food. Please bring your own blanket or basket.
- Final cleaning is included in the above prices.
- For stays of less than 4 nights, a short stay supplement of €50 will be charged.
- The price includes: Towels, bed linen, bathrobe, electricity, water, heating, TV, WLAN, panoramic roof terrace with sauna and whirlpool and the Südtirol Guest Pass (free travel on all public transport throughout South Tyrol).
- Video-monitored room with charging station for bicycles.
- E-bike rental: Electric mountain bike Fully 625Wh available on request.
- Washing machine available for a fee.
- We are happy to offer you a bread roll service.
- The apartment is ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.
- Smokers: We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in our apartments.
- Payment: Payment can be made in cash, by card, or by bank transfer. The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
Cancellation Conditions:
- Cancellations up to 2 months before the start of your vacation are free of charge.
- For cancellations up to 1 month before the start of your vacation, we will charge you for 3 days.
- For cancellations less than 1 month before the start of your vacation, we charge 70% of the booked stay.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price for the entire reservation period will be charged in full.
Local Tax:
The local tax is €3.00 per person per day.
Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.
